1. Conditions for returns

We do not accept returns except in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defected.
  • A product different from the one ordered was delivered.

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be sent in its original packaging. 

2. Process for Requesting a Return or Refund

If you need to return a product or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the problem.
  • Photographs of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.

Review: Our team will evaluate your request within 3-5 working days and respond with a decision.

Product Shipment: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product. We will cover the shipping costs if the error or damage was our responsibility.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing your order..
  • Depending on your bank, it may take between 5 and 10 working days to appear in your account.

4. Exceptions 

No returns or refunds will be made in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery.
  • The customer decides to return the product without any error on our part.
  • The 48-hour deadline after delivery to report the problem is not met.
