All information regarding shipping
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of the order on working days.
When an order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent with all the information about the order. You will also be notified when the order has left our premises, and the transport company will notify you by email with the shipment tracking information.
If you have not received any of this, it may be because these emails are going into your SPAM folder, or the address you entered on your order contains an error.
If a customer does not receive their confirmation email and contacts our customer service department (which can be contacted by WhatsApp, email, and telephone), we will check if the email address provided is correct and resend the email.
Shipping costs for mainland Spain are EUR 6.50, with delivery in approximately 48-72 hours.
We do not ship internationally.

Order cancellation:
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed or invoiced, incurring a €4 administration fee payable by the customer.

Most major debit or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Stripe is a fast, simple, secure and global payment gateway. Payment processed through a secure SSL connection and encrypted with AES-256.

For the Balearic Islands, delivery will take place 48/72 hours after dispatch.
For the Canary Islands, delivery times are not estimated.
If the customer cannot be located, a notice will be left asking them to contact the transport company Nacex to arrange a delivery appointment.
If the customer cannot be located, the package will be stored at Nacex for a period of 15 days, during which time attempts will continue to be made to locate the customer for delivery.
After these 15 days, the package will be returned to Monarka Clinic.
Conditions for resending the parcel if the customer contacts Monarka Clinic:
The cost of the product (if it has been paid for in advance) will not be refunded to the customer as it is not a defective or damaged product, even if it has been returned to Monarka Clinic.
If the customer requests resending, a shipping fee of €6.50 must be paid.
