Professional career

Passionate about health and nutrition from an integrative perspective, Àngels has dedicated her professional career to accompanying people in processes of lifestyle transformation.

Her initial training as an Integrator and Social Educator at the University of Barcelona gave her a solid vocation for service and an understanding of the human dimension of health. However, it was her own personal challenges that sparked her interest in nutrition and lifestyle habits as therapeutic tools for self-knowledge and healing.

Over the years, she has crossed scientific and ancient disciplines that today make up her professional hallmark. She has trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Therapeutic Cooking, Low Carb Nutrition, Yoga, Coaching and Brief Therapy, Breathwork and Meditation, integrating body, mind and energy as inseparable axes of well-being.

Her specialisation as a Health Trainer in Psychoneuroimmunology (PNIE) at the Institut Xevi Verdaguer has allowed her to unify these areas from a solid scientific basis, understanding the mechanisms that connect nutrition, the nervous system, emotions and immunity.

She is currently expanding her knowledge in longevity, neuronutrition, phytotherapy and essential oils, fields that enrich her practice and connect her with the new medicine of the future, based on epigenetics and prevention.

At Monarka Clinic, Àngels leads nutritional and lifestyle coaching processes, using a multidisciplinary and personalised approach. Her method combines biohacking strategies, functional nutrition and circadian habits, aimed at improving digestive health, regulating inflammation and boosting vital energy.

Her mission is to teach people to reconnect with the pleasure of taking care of themselves, understanding that nutrition is not just what you put on your plate, but everything you put into your life. From a deeply human perspective, Àngels guides people towards conscious, sustainable and transformative habit change, where every daily choice becomes an act of well-being and consistency with oneself.
